My husband has been asking me to go to the gym with him for the past 3 weeks and finally today I decided to go with him. We've been wanting to start working out mainly for healthy reasons and also to loose a few pounds. I have always found an excuse to not go; "I don't feel good", "My back hurts", "I'm too tired" etc... But not today, I finally decided to join my husband and provide support. It was a good workout, now I just have to keep it up and be more active.
